DELIVERY

FIAMMA AROMAS use various types of delivery service providers, including Royal Mail. For international customers, we will choose the services of the most cost effective provider, negotiated by us.

Your chosen shipping method will be on your second email that you receive from us. If you have not received a dispatch notification (via email or text) within 10 working days from the date of order, please contact us as soon as possible.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Your experience as a customer is the most important thing to us and we want to make the whole experience as enjoyable as possible for you. Because of this, our returns policy gives you 14 days to change your mind. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days from receiving your product. Any refunds will be subject to the product being returned in a saleable condition, with no signs of use or damage to the product or packaging. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way, we are not obliged to refund you.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Orders will be packaged and delivered to the address specified during your purchase. Please note we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes, please check your order and delivery details fully before placing an order. 

It can take up to 10 working days to fully create and process your order, prior to dispatch depending on what is in stock. Please be in touch if you need faster delivery. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have received your order and a second email once your items have been dispatched in line with the shipping option you select. We accept all major credit cards

DAMAGED GOODS

We check every product here at FIAMMA AROMAS to ensure that the highest standards have been met prior to shipping. If you are unsatisfied with any product please contact us within 48 hours via our email address. hello@fiammaaromas.com. If your item(s) are badly damaged, we recommend you do not accept these from the courier,
