THE FIAMMA STORY
Welcome to the Fiamma family….
Fiamma was born out of two friends coming together with a shared desire to improve their lives and make the world a better place. We started out ordering brunch and ended up with a business plan - what a winner!
Quite simply - we’re striving to harness the power of scent, giving you the tools to instantly tap into your state of wellbeing and channel it - fuelling your mind, body and soul. Well, ideally we’d like to change the world through the healing properties of aromas. But, until then, we’re happy to just fill your home with uplifting and calming aromas - with some wisdom on the side.
What does Fiamma mean? Fiamma is italian for flame. The concept of the flame resonated with our own personal values and the long-term vision for Fiamma. A flame is always reaching higher, shining its light for the benefit of others. We aim to embed this ethos amongst the Fiamma family - creating a more mindful and conscious world.
The idea of doing something good and working with people we love is a dream come true for us!
From our Fiamma family, to yours...

MEET THE FOUNDERS
As a single Mum of 3 girls, Sarah is a pro at juggling lots of balls which has helped her form a successful career in fundraising events. She has a natural creative flair and innovative mind, which led to her wanting to establish Fiamma. Fiamma was named after her Italian Grandmother (who is a total LEGEND), and makes the best gnocchi this side of the Mediterranean, - no question.
In her (very rare) spare time, Sarah enjoys farmers markets and walks in Highgate woods, although there's a fair bit of Netflix involved too. Troubleshooting is her super power, there's no problem that she can’t fix without breaking a sweat - she’s still working on Covid!
Sarah is a truth seeker and always tries to experience life to its fullest. Self-care is very important to her whether that comes in the form of cake or wax melts.
Fight for the things you care about, but do it in a way that will lead others to join you
The Notorious RBG
Favourite scent: “Apple and cinnamon. I’m a sucker for Christmas smells”
Emma is a proud and cheeky scouser, now residing in London. She grew up, in and around her Dad's wholesale business - she knows a good deal when she sees one, Good business is in her blood.
Emma has been working in Marketing for the past 10 years and is a pro at all things branding, marketing and communications.
Emma is motivated by making a difference to society and is passionate about helping others feel the best they can. She’s always reading or listening to a podcast on self-development (currently listening to The Art of Resilience by Ross Edgley).
When Emma isn’t working (not often enough) she can be found wandering Hampstead Heath with a decaf almond latte in tow. She is a keen Pilates lover and is at her happiest when walking in the Yorkshire dales.
Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light”
